Why is this so low? I guess people are calling Hegseth's bluff, or expecting Anthropic to do delaying tactics or something? Is this just "nothing ever happens"?

@GarrettBaker it’s largely ‘nothing ever happens’. The ways hegseth can act seem so harmful for so little apparent benefit, and anthropic seems unlikely to respond to the threat before consequences are concretized / believable

I feel like the odds of this are very low based on the date. Also, what is unfettered access? Is it just the ability to use the model for any "lawful purpose"? (the language that the other providers have)

@CampbellHutcheson that date is the stated date of the deadline given to anthropic, so the intent is to ask, will anthropic give in to the threat, before facing the stated / possible consequences.
